The role: Runs the business of the practice: operations, staffing, revenue cycle oversight, compliance, and the metrics the physicians see monthly.

Responsibilities:

  • Own daily operations across front office, clinical support, and scheduling teams

Required:

  • 3+ years managing medical practice operations, surgical specialty preferred
  • Demonstrated revenue-cycle literacy: you can read a denials report and act on it
  • Comfort managing through metrics and holding service-level standards

Preferred:

  • Orthopedic, spine, or surgical group experience
  • CMPE/FACMPE or equivalent practice-management credential
  • Multi-site management experience
