The role: Rooms patients, assists with casting and injections, manages clinical flow for surgeons and advanced practice providers.

Responsibilities:

• Room patients, capture vitals and focused orthopedic histories, and update the EMR in real time
• Assist with cast application and removal, splinting, suture and staple removal, and DME fitting
• Set up and assist for joint injections and in-office procedures, maintaining sterile technique
• Manage clinic flow so providers stay on schedule; communicate wait status to patients
• Handle in-clinic clinical messages and callbacks routed by the care team
• Stock and maintain exam and cast rooms; track supply and DME inventory
• Document all clinical interactions per practice protocol

Required:

• MA certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) or credential-eligible with experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic with frequent schedule changes
• Comfort with casting/splinting or willingness to train into it

Preferred:

• 1+ years in orthopedics, sports medicine, or urgent care
• Experience with your EMR platform
• Bilingual ability relevant to your patient population
